I went home for Easter, somewhat bummed. Mainly because I really don’t like school. Friday and Saturday made everything better however. Steph came over around 11 on Friday night. It was too late to really do anything so I brought out blankets and we cuddled up on the porch and talked for hours. It had been so long since we had done anything like that, It was quite wonderful. We gave each other advice, and reminisced. It was like high school all over again.

Saturday afternoon was even more uplifting. Sara and I met up for lunch. First of all the food was delicious. The conversation was light and comfortable. Lunch was rather enjoyable, but far from the best part of the day. We finished lunch, but we’re not ready to leave each other. Instead we went back to Sara’s house. Her parents and sister were having a lovely lunch on the side porch. I went out and gave everyone a hug and a kiss. We sat for a few hours and talked about everything. It was wonderful. It was not like high school. It was better. 

I love my Sara and Steph. I hope I have many more weekends like this.
